Recover from Life – Terms of Service

In order to participate in coaching, guidance, or personal growth sessions offered by Recover from Life (the “Company”), including any exercises, tools, or resources provided (the “Services”), I understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:

#1. Not a Replacement for Professional Care

The Services are not a replacement for medical care, mental health therapy, or other licensed professional services. Any guidance or information provided by Recover from Life is for educational and personal growth purposes only. The Services do not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any other service requiring licensure in Pennsylvania.

#2. Health Responsibility

I confirm that I do not have any medical or mental health condition that would prevent my participation in the Services.
If my physical or emotional health changes while participating, it is my responsibility to seek appropriate professional guidance to determine if continued participation is safe and appropriate.

#3. Confidentiality

Any personal information or details you share during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. I will not share your information with others without your consent, except as required by law.

#4. Payments, Packages & Refunds

Single Sessions: Payment for individual sessions must be made in full before the session begins.
12-Session Package:
- Pay for 12 sessions and receive a 13th session free.
- A 50% deposit is required upfront to book the first session.
- The remaining 50% is due after the 6th session.
- After paying the deposit, sessions may be rescheduled for free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds & Rescheduling:
- For single sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment for that session.
- If Recover from Life cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- In case of emergencies, we’ll work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

#5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of participating in the Services. In consideration for receiving the Services, I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Recover from Life, its staff, or affiliates for any loss, injury, or damages, unless caused by intentional misconduct by the Company.

#6. Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Recover from Life from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the Services, unless caused by the intentional misconduct of the Company.

#7. Intellectual Property

All content shared in sessions or on our site — including guides, exercises, and written materials — is owned by Recover from Life and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.

#8. Governing Law

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
