I offer grounded, compassionate support for people navigating recovery, their inner critic, or just life in a loud, overwhelming world. Each 1-on-1 session is rooted in real tools. The same ones I’ve used to stay clean, manage intrusive thoughts, soften self-sabotage, and return to myself when I’ve lost the thread.
My approach blends IFS, mindfulness, somatic work, and nervous system regulation, all practical methods that meet you where you are. We work together to meet the wounded parts of you with curiosity and compassion, instead of judgement or shame. My rate reflects the depth and care I bring to this work, without breaking the bank.
We’ll start with a free 15-minute consult: a quick, no-pressure Zoom call to talk about where you’re at, what you might need, and whether we’re a good fit to work together. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance so I can show up fully prepared.
