Coaching & Support

I offer grounded, compassionate support for people navigating recovery, OCD, creative burnout, or just life in a loud, overwhelming world.​ This isn't about fixing you. It’s about helping you slow down, reconnect, and move forward with clarity and care.

Each session is rooted in real tools. The same ones I’ve used to stay clean, manage intrusive thoughts, soften self-sabotage, and return to myself when I’ve lost the thread.

As this work grows, so will the ways I offer support: through workshops, courses, and lessons designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected.

This space is evolving, just like recovery, creativity, and life itself.

I currently offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions. My rate reflects the depth and care I bring to this work — without breaking the bank.

 

My approach blends mindfulness, somatic work, and nervous system regulation, all practical methods that meet you where you are. This isn’t coming from a “professional expert” standpoint, but from someone who’s walked the path.

We’ll start with a free 15-minute consult: a quick, no-pressure Zoom call to talk about where you’re at, what you might need, and whether we’re a good fit to work together. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance so I can show up fully prepared.
